One of the things my clients often struggle with when it comes to their brand shoot is knowing where to have it! So in this article, I thought I would go over some location ideas for your brand photoshoot.
With my own clients, I always help them come up with location ideas as I know where some of the best places in and around Warwickshire and I’m sure when you book with a brand photographer in your area they will have some great ideas for you as well.
Location Inspiration For Your Brand Shoot
However, if you’re looking for some inspiration for your next brand photoshoot, here are some great location ideas to get you started:
1) The city skyline
For a sleek and modern look, a city skyline is a great option. This is a great option if you live in or near a big city and can produce some very dramatic images once you are done!
2) A beautiful garden
For a more natural look, a beautiful garden is perfect. This could be your own garden or a public park. If you are using a public park it can be a good idea to scout out the best spots before you go.
3) An abandoned building
This is a great option if you are looking for a more edgy and urban look, an abandoned building can be great. Just make sure you get permission to shoot there first!

4) A local cafe or restaurant
For a more relaxed and lifestyle-based shoot, shooting in a local cafe or restaurant can be great. This is a great option if you want to show off your products or services in use. Or if you are looking for some typical personal branding laptop shots.
5) A field or forest
For a rustic and country feel, shooting in a field or forest is ideal. This is a really great choice if you’re based in the countryside.
6) A local nature reserve
If you want to capture the beauty of nature, then head to a nature reserve. Your photographer will be able to help you choose the best times to do this to avoid it being too busy!

7) A rooftop bar or restaurant
Again like the skyline option this is a great choice for stunning views and a chic vibe, so if that’s the vibe you are going for then consider a rooftop bar or restaurant could result in some amazing photos.
8) A dance studio or theatre
If you’re looking to capture movement and energy, then a dance studio or theatre would be an ideal location for some in-action shots. This is a great option for either personal branding or if you sell products that would be used in these places.
Choose The Best Fit For Your Brand
These are just a few ideas to get you started – ultimately, the best location for your photo shoot will depend on the overall aesthetic you’re going for.
But with these suggestions in mind, you should be able to find the perfect spot to show off your brand in all its glory!
