Put very simply, Flat Lay Photography is a range of objects on any flat surface, taken from above. Some people use the term bird’s eye or aerial view. No doubt when scrolling through Instagram or Pinterest you have found hundreds of them. It’s the perfect way to showcase your products or services in a contemporary way.
This type of photography is still incredibly popular as it is so versatile. The subjects that can be used are never ending. They can include fashion, flowers, food, well-being, stationery and bloggers have used for many years now to showcase life or business. Flat Lay Photography (aerial) is often incorporated into all my photoshoots as it just works so well.
Flat Lay Photography is a thought-provoking way to see your brand and the products it sells to your ideal clients plus everyone loves a flat lay.
PREPARATION IS KEY
I work really closely with you to understand your brand; this involves a questionnaire/workbook along side a visual mood board. We will then have chats in person or virtually to decide on themes, props and colour schemes the fully represent your brand. This can be done as part of my Send It! Shoot It! Package which can be incredibly convenient for those just needing imagery fast.

I predominantly work with natural light – so there’s no big flash or set up unless required. I capture the real life essence of the brand this way.
Lisa guides you through the entire journey to understand your brand, get to know your brand vision and help you build the brand of your dreams.
The preparation is vital in the process and means that the shoot will run seamlessly and you will feel confident on the day.
Most importantly it’s really good fun. There’s a lot of belly laughing so you’re always feeling at ease if you are in front of the camera.

- Ideal for subscription boxes or those with a lot of new products to show and need continuous updates.
- Can be a combination of Flat Lay Photography, Product or Lifestyle Product Photography around my home or local areas.
- Includes a lifetime use license.
- Great for those wanting this service but travel is too far or not required in the photo’s themselves.
LIFESTYLE PRODUCT PHOTO SHOOT
For entrepreneurs needing new visuals or a refresh for all their marketing
- First step is to fill out a questionnaire/workbook for me to really get to know you and your brand.
- We will work together on a virtual mood board to understand your vision.
- We talk everything through over a Zoom call or face to face to plan your shoot in detail.
- We’ll talk about looks, models, research locations, timings and props required.
- You’ll get access to hair & make-up artists I work with if you require.
- I pull together a comprehensive plan of the shoot and locations.
- Create an on brand vision board.
- You will be fully briefed on what you need to bring on the day.
- I’ll be giving direction but most importantly you just need to be you on the day.
- Within 2 weeks you will receive your edited editorial images to use as you like. License included.
Duration and output in terms of number of photos will depend on what you require including number of locations and outfit changes. Please book my FREE consultation to chat through what you need.
SEASONAL LIFESTYLE PRODUCT PHOTOSHOOT (4 per year)
For entrepreneurs needing visual imagery everyday to up level their business.
- This includes everything in a 3 hour plus brand shoot but 4 times a year.
- Includes people like coaches, consultants or those that are constantly launching new products/services throughout the year.
- Approx. 600 images to use throughout the year which includes a lifetime license.
- You are never going to be worrying about imagery every again.
